Properly return records for the existing value for subscriptions used for retained messages, so they are correctly serialized.
Ensure that deploy components empty the target directory for a clean installation and expansion of a package sub-directory.
Ensure that we do not double load components that are referenced by symlink from node_modules and in components directory.
